One of the blessings of working at church is that I get to see God use people to bless others practically. The other day we had a stranger call the church wanting to donate a vehicle to someone in need. We then got the information and prayed about who to funnel the blessing to.
As God so works, a single gal was just asking if anyone had a vehicle available for like $1000 (Of course $1000 isn't going to buy you any running vehicle in this market). She had just gotten her life back together, got a solid job, but was taking the bus to work everyday. Saving every penny she could.
And so today we were able to gift her the donated vehicle! Her eyes lit up like it was Christmas time! It was such a blessing to be a small part in God's big blessing. The giver was blessed to help someone who really needed it. We were blesssed to help the process. The gift was truly a blessing (the vehicle wasn't a piece of junk). And the one who received the gift was truly blessed. Even more, she now has an incredible testimony of how an incredible God works in real ways! Praise to God all around!
